Key Purpose of Role:
1.Driving the manufacturing and the entire location for capable production processes and best in class results on Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment -驱动工厂生产及生产流程达到***化，保证质量、职业健康、安全和环境方面达到***状态
2.Leads Quality objectives to support the introduction and ongoing support of new products introduced to the production facility. 主导达成质量目标，支持新产品的引进和量产
3.Represents Product Safety – as a Manufacturing Quality Representative 担任质量管理代表，展现产品安全。
4.Facilitates Stop delivery or production in case of safety risks and/or failures with high exposure through CAPA facilitation and leadership主导工厂CAPA管理，在工厂出现安全风险或者故障时停止交付或者停止生产。
5.Support and/or Lead the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of the integrated management system (IMS) including Quality, Ocupational Health, Safety and Environment Systems across the entire organization in (DEFINE MANUFACTURING LOCATION) 支持和/或领导集成管理系统(IMS)的开发、规划、实施和维护，包括整个组织的质量、职业健康、安全和环境系统
6.Serve as Quality Lead to effectively and continuously improve the performance and the level of maturity across all functions and locations of the mentioned organization. 作为质量负责人，有效和持续地提升所有职能部门和部门的绩效及成熟度水平。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor, Master preferred， electronics engineering university graduated is preferred; 本科以上学历，机械、电子等相关专业；
2.QA manger or same level work experience over 7ys; 7年以上质量管理经验；
3.Had been project team member, project leader is preferred. 有项目管理经验；
4.With LEAN or 6 sigma experience 有精益生产或六西格玛经验优先
5.Advanced English communication skills (oral and written). Interpersonal skills with an understanding of supplier relationship management. 英语听说读写精通，有跨文化国际企业工作经验
6.Quality Tool: SPC, MSA, CPK, 8D, 7 Quality tools, control plan 精通质量管理工具
7.ISO9001/14001, OHSAS18001； 有体系管理经验
